2 hours on hold to pay a toll bill to get my DL They don't care because they know I HAVE to get it paid to drive so they don't hire and reduce the profitability I eventually gave up - the worst I have ever dealt with I did not have the stamina to wait more than two hours you can't do it online because the reference number isnt the payment number and I never received a letter with it unethical bordering on immoral
I received a robocall from 1 844 598-****, claiming it was from Linebarger, Goggan, Blair Samson. The recording stated, "This is the collections department of Linebarger Goggan Blair and ****** calling for ....." The recording ended without stating who they were trying to reach. i believe they collect traffic fines for the court in ***********. i have not been to **********, let alone, *********** for over 5 years. I believe this is some scammer attempting to collect fictitious traffic fines.
Piece of c*** so called law firm that is collecting on a toll not owed for my 72 year old mother. So called ticket was from a camera in ********, picture of care is not my mom's and my Mom was in the hospital and the car parked at our house in ******* on said date. SCAM! And a scam geared towards older people. How low.
This is the worst law firm I have ever dealt with! I received a letter regarding some taxes my deceased father *** on some property in **********. I called for 3 weeks to speak to someone and pay the taxes. Yesterday I just kept calling until the young lady called me back and she was rude. I literally giving you the money you say I owe the county.
What a total BULL$#@! collector. Website asks you for information that is supposed to be found on you letter, being the client code and some other online code, to pay your collections notice. There is no stated numbers. The reference code turns out to be your client code, whcih I had to pry out of this idiot that took the phone call, and there is no online code at all listed on letter. Lady that took my call refused to give me any information to pay the bill and would not take an online payment after verifying my info and id... read more
This is a fraud am contacting the *** and Homeland Security
Scam toll to my 84 year old mother who was in the hospital in a different state on the date the toll was supposedly given. It's a SCAM!!!! They are harassing her with letters but will not send the picture of her going through the toll! They should have a ZERO rating!!!
This company has no idea what they are doing. I had a citation that I paid on the 8th of April. Got a letter dated the 25th of April that a warrant would be issued for my arrest if I didn't pay it. When I tried to call the number on the letter, it was disconnected. When I looked online, I found two things, 1) they are complete and total idiots and 2) the number on the letter was wrong. Complete scam artists, and not very good onesa either.
They sent a collection notice to my 13 year old son for tolls in the ****** area. The time of the tolls would have made him 7 years old. They told me I would have to prove it wasn't him or pay. They also asked to speak with my minor child as they couldn't give me information. The collection notice had a license plate number which wasn't mine so i insisted that they look up the registration.
