Worst experience ever. I have bills from Northwest parkway that have an address, then you call these guys and they don't have that address. You are all part of a great Ponzi scheme. I bet you ******* sare pound of you.

Linebarger Goggan *********************************************** LLP is a scum-sucking ambulance-chasing fraud of a law firm. It boggles my mind that Clay County would hire them to extort funds from innocent people. Even after contacting them to let them know that a traffic ticket was paid, they continue to harass me to attempt to collect on an already paid ticket.

This company is AWFUL! Their employees are rude, demeaning, degrading and downright mean! They are trying to collect on a toll violation that is over 5 years old and was $7.10 and are charging $77.00! They have no proof of anything! I would like this citation to be removed IMMEDIATELY and an apology from *********************** for his unprofessional demeanor on the phone!

Well I am super glad I looked this scummy place up. Yes places like this should not exist. Scaring people just trying to get rid of their outstanding tickets with the court by pulling this. They don't even have an office listed in **************** which made me a bit suspicious, hence the look up. It's super not alright that they can get any information from the courts to even pull these. Calling the actual court instead of these creeps.

Received a letter from Linebarger Goggan Blair and Sampson, LLP stating that it was a notice of delinquent court fines totaling $188.54 including collection costs. This notice does not state what the citation was for, only that they were hired by ************************ to collect. No license plate numbers, no photos, nadda zip zilch. Scam. Received a letter to my parents home (which i never received at my address and have lived at my address for years). The alleged violation was for a $4 toll 5 years ago, apparently in DE which I dont live. They tacked on $60 in fees. Saying I owe approximately $64. Thank goodness I checked these reviews first bc I almost called in to give my credit card info.

Complete scam artist. I have never owned the cars that they said that I had tickets on nor lived in the area where the tickets were issued at. I live in a completely different state and have for years now. They sent a letter to my mother's house dated in May, envelope stamped in June, and letter received in October.

This lawfirm has sent me 2 letters claiming that my mother who passed away 5 years ago owes them over $5000 dollars!!!! First of all they did not spell her name correctly, it doesn't say what the letter is for, and they sent it 5 yrs after her death! What kind of law firm does that??? When I recieved the first notice I called and got a very unprofessional sounding lady who did not sound like she was employed by a law firm.
