I would give ZERO if I could!!! Shameful company. I find it not only shameful but ridiculous what they do to people!! Its beyond reasoning - that they can threaten hard working citizens that call them to discuss bills and gain understanding of the charges- and get "pay or else" I called to try and discuss a bill I received just this week... from 3 YEARS ago and the employee's at Linebarger Goggan Blair & sampson...wont communicate or attempt to settle or explain anything. This company is a scam. They are trying to collect money from my husband on tickets he has already paid. Plus they have coupons attached to their letters. They claim to represent Miami Dade but Miami Dade country won’t need to hire an outside firm to handle parking tickets. Total scam, scam scam SCAM!!!
I paid my outstanding taxes payment plan payment directly to the state they are owed and these scam artists sent me a letter stating i failed to comply all because they are too lazy to look in their system to see my payment was made! And then had the audacity to raise their voices at me! 0/10
How are they legally allowed to operate! I paid my balance in full and when I asked for confirmation of my payment they told me they can't do that. When I called their office (after making my payment in full) my balance had $0.01 left. They say that the $0.01 is a hold until my payment goes through but won't confirm in writing once I have made payment in full. Knowing this company I expect to get a bill for $100 which they will claim is from me not paying the $0.01.
These *word rejected* keep calling my phone. NOMOROBO does not let call go though. I do not owe any money to anyone. They need to stop calls.
Like the hundreds of other reviews online. Would leave 0 stars if possible. Complete scam office. They sent me fake collections letters for ExpressToll tickets in Colorado that never existed, and therefore have never been turned over to an attorney or collection agency. Double checked with Express Toll and this is just a Horrible Horrible Horrible company! They should be ashamed, and I would never recommend anyone to a law office that does this kind of business all over TX, OK and CO.
They're scammers. Would leave no stars if I could. I checked my calendar and my (in good standing) account with the 91ExpressLanes. I did not travel the toll roads from which these frauds are claiming I have unpaid tolls and penalties. Calling OCTA and RCTC in the morning to request they send their customers a warning about this scam.
They have a WRONG license plate associated with my name and address. I've never had a license plate number in the last 13 years that is the one on the invoice they sent me. They said I have to dispute it through a letter only and then they would review it. IT IS NOT MY LICENSE PLATE NUMBER! They didn't care over the phone and they were short with me. VERY frustrating. Horrible customer service and feels like a SCAM.
