I'd give them a MINUS 5 stars if possible. I supposedly owe $47.25 for ****************************** and the ***************** High ************************************** Huh?! This is a "License Plate Toll Statement!" Huh? Why doesn't the State Attorney Generals listen to the complaints and take these scammers to task?
call center does not answer. letter sent about an erroneous violation from 6 years ago. Scam.
Today received ltr from LGBS stating I owe *********** for toll from Feb 2021. Haven't been in ** since ****, plate expired Oct2016, and has my wife's name as vehicle owner that was not her vehicle! Called and very rude person from there call center who didn't want to listen to me but to writ a dispute ltr. That's how she said it.
Send my daughter a letter telling her she owes tolls for a tag on a car that she's never owned. In fact, the kid never had a car in her name. FOH with that nonsense. You'll not see a *****!!
Received a fraudulent letter stating I have unpaid tolls in ******** which I know 100% I was never in the state or states surrounding ********. I am military and will speak with legal and possibly filing a lawsuit because this is 100% illegal.
Total Scam. They are trying to collect a supposed debt for a toll road I have never been on in a state I haven't been to in decades. Is the BBB looking into this or any government agency?
It's a great company model if you think about how they work with a company double billing you and then send you one notice that arrives past the "due date" and then you call but collections isn't technically allowed to do anything except tell you what the **** is for and then send you to their "client" for additional help/questions and then "client" is like "no, we sent you to collections so you have to talk to collections" and then repeat. They work really well together in that sense and I'm sure are making tons of money si... read more
These people will try to draw blood from a stone. They do not care if collection claim is invalid or why. Just pay them or suffer them badgering you forever.
This company is a SCAM! Sending out photo shopped license plate picture claiming - I owe toll money from Del. I've never been to ********.
