****, letter sent a notice on a "ticket" in the ****************************** without referencing a ticket number back in 2019 is bogus. I tried calling the following offices, ******** and ********, ** are all bogus, no one answers. I waited for 30 minutes, calls puts you on hold to wait. They are harassing many parties with this letter, what will the BBB do to get them charged for trying to scam parties of hundreds of dollars per person. These scammers need to be stopped.

Received a notice of a Court order for expired red light tickets in ******************** in 2017. What a nonsense! I wasnt living in LA that year. Are they looking for idiots?

SCAM do not pay or scan the barcode to pay!! *****. These people should be caught this is so very sad at a time like this for people to have to do. I looked up the court case on the website and it doesnt exist. I hope people can figure it out before paying!

Received the same BS letter about a Toll Violation from 2016! What toll? I dont drive thru tolls in LA county? There are none here????? scam!!! Dont be fooled friends!!!

Beware of this fake business. I've reported them to both the ftc.gov/scams and https://www.uspis.gov/report .By using the ** mail to commit this fraud, they are committing interstate violations.In my case, they mailed a Notice of Delinquent Fees or Fines for a red light traffic violation that my brother supposedly committed in L. Scammers! Scammers! Scammers! I knew they were a scam when they sent me a $600 bill for a ticket and a failure to appear from a citation that was dismissed by the judge over 7 years ago. I knew it was a scam because I have had several opportunities over the years to check my driving record. I did spend $2 for a driving record from the DMV to verify my record is clean. Total BS. First I have never been to ************. Second the license plate number is totally wrong and Thirdly there just so happens to be several people in my area with the same name. They just picked out a name from the phone book. Scammers !!

i got mail and it say i have to pay 300 dollar for unpaid tolls , i am from ******** and it litereally said that i been to ******** on 7/6/22 but i never travel out of state on that date so its totally scam please be aware of this kind of scam ..

Invalid skip tracing. Do not know who theyre tryouts by to collect for. Called, as a courtesy, as I am a senior paralegal and they have skip traced someone who I do not know and has not lived here in at least 4 years at a minimum. The representative is very rude - they do not state before speaking this is an attempt to collect a debt which is against federal law, plus I was being polite and they rushed me off the phone.
