Have to believe this is a scam. Got a demand letter for a supposed parking ticket from EIGHT years ago, that I'm 99% sure I never got. Has my license plate number, but no vehicle info (I haven't had that car for 5 years). I keep getting noticed from them from two different citations. When I have contacted them concerning these citations, they refer me to a " municipal court" that no one has ever answered. Neither has my correct DL or name. I've tried sending them copies of my information to prove it isn't my information, and all I get is we'll look into it.Funny how they can't give me information about what city, the dates or the offenses that make up the almost $3000 fines.

Same as everyone else. Company is trying to scam money out of for a ticket I never received. Please do something about this.

I feel they are a scam. I got a letter saying I have overdue parking violation from 6 months ago. I never got a parking ticket and they never provided proof or location where this violation occurred. They did provide my car tags number. They say they are collecting a debt of $30. I have no clue what they are talking about. I think its a legitimate firm, but they provide no proof. And why didnt I get the ticket or letter of payment long before now? Im afraid if I dont pay, this hurts my credit, but yet I feel this could be a ... read more

Please BBB help us shut these people down. They sent me a letter for $116.62 in fees for ********* River Tunnels. They had a vehicle plate number that wasn't EVER a registered car in my name, I have never been to ******** River Tunnels, don't even know where that is at!! They had my address incorrect on the letter. Not sure how I even got it. How can we trust BBB when you allow people like this to have a BBB A+ account. Shame on you.

Scammers! Dont pay them! I Got a letter from them saying I owed money, but wont say what for. I haven't lived in ***** and have no idea what the heck they think they are doing.

Rude. Unwilling to even attempt to answer questions relating to the fees. Sent a certified letter that wasnt delivered until two days before fee (after business hours because my mail runs late) is due before registration put on hold tried to pay the stupid fee I shouldnt have even been charged and told it takes two days to process so my registration would be put on hold anyways. Called for help was told couldnt help and didnt control the mail.

Dont want to work with no one. Even during a pandemic. Garnish money out bank account, put me in a hole and had to take out loans to pay for car. Charge crazy interest on dues. Just ridiculous! Racist it sounds like as I was supposed to be on hold but nasty jokes were being told.
