Got a set of Blues Specials in my own custom Tele, and they are AWESOME! Very clear but THICK sounding pickups, and can still twang for country licks. Our shop is a Fralin dealer and no matter what pickups you get - humbuckers, pickups for a Strat, pickups for a Tele, or bass pickups - you can NOT beat them! Made right here in Virginia too! :)
I have Pure PAF humbucker pickup set. This pickup very warm and clean... Like a original PAF pickup. I like it.

I love my Fralin vintage hot Stratocaster pickups. I built a Dick Dale tribute Strat and these pickups are perfect. My other Strat has Fender Noiseless, but these are the class of the field. Now all I need is a black face Fender amp. :)
