1000% don’t recommend. This review is for my experience with the sales representative Evans, whom I dealt with regarding a used BMW X5M. As someone experienced in automotive transactions, I find the few instances of lack of professionalism encountered here unacceptable AFTER I notified I will not be moving forward with this deal. Paid $40,000 for a 2022 Toyota Highlander with 17000 miles. I bought the car and then discovered the front floor mats were missing - floor covered with thin plastic. Only one key FOB. Roof mounted radio cover is missing. Satellite radio doesn't work. Passenger side mirror is broken. The car was on their lot for 2 1/2 months. You would think that they would have done a lot more to get it ready to sell. The salesmen ghosted me. A lesson learned about buying a used car from a dealer with poor reviews.

The salesman who contacted us was great. He worked with us to negotiate a good price for a nice car. When we went in to see the car, there was no pressure to make an immediate decision. Ultimately, their car was our second choice and even though we did not buy a car from them I think the purchase experience would have been okay.
