It wasn't bad. They tried to work with me to get me the fair price I requested, but they said they could not do it, and I ended up getting a car elsewhere. I will refer people to Volvo Clear Lake for good customer service.
Nick Lambert was great. Bought a used Mazda CX-5 from them. Put refundable deposit down before seeing car after communicating with Nick. No surprises when I saw car in person, as it was as-described in great shape. My daughter loves it!
My salesman was very helpful and kind to me but at the same time I felt like he and his manger was trying to force me to finance with them. The manager even said he was a bit pushy. I told them that I did not like to be forced to do anything that I did not want to do. That conversation was long and at the end of it ,it was all about money. Dealer was excellent; I spoke with them on Wednesday night, and they had a pricing available for me by Thursday. I purchased the car on Friday. quick and simple deal. Kelley Miller was my sales representative, and Will Anderson was the finance manager who handled the paperwork.
Over priced Got the equtv alent car at half price. Maintenance fees are $189 per hour. I have been buying Volvo from I m then since mid v80,s No more!
