RecommendedMy experience with Lindsay was as a return customer. Alfonso was my sales rep and he was amazing. He was very attentive and helpful throughout the process. Well, I suppose I do recommend them, if ALL you want is a good price! However, that's about it. I very much wanted to love Lindsay VW, as most experiences are positive, hence the great rating here. I just bought my first VW last week. My saleperson, Rajesh Mishra made the process soooooo easy. He was very knowledgable about the Atlas we bought, showing us all of the features. My salesman Alfonso Monteverde and Preowned manager Sean Deal were Top notch from hello. Striight forward pricing with no games. Sean gave me a fair price for my trade straight away. I had an appointment to pick up my new car at 6pm my car i was trading in broke down on the way in. Both Alfonso and Sean where of at 6pm i didn't get there until 8:45 and both waited for me. Thank you both.
With Lindsay’s selection and unbeatable prices, there are the only place to go for a GTI. The experience with Rajesh Mishra, makes the 3 hour drive worth it, coming from the Richmond area none of the dealerships local to me compare in the least.
Kareen Watson is the man, he truly cared for me and my family and made it happen. Very positive attitude and exactly what I was looking for in a sales person to help me. We had a great experience with Lindsay! Marvin, our salesman, was very knowledgeable about the model we purchased and was very patient with us over multiple visits and numerous discussions over the past few weeks. Despite our indecisiveness and many questions, he never faltered with his professionalism and customer service. The management team was great, our finance manager was easy and painless to work with, and the dealership's amenities for customers (and kids!) are fantastic too!
