Bought a vehicle from them in 2017 loved the customer service. But it’s now time for a DSG and I can’t understand on why they are charging 600 dollars for it... every other shop is charging 300-350... guess I’ll be taking my business somewhere else
I recently traded in my vehicle and purchased a new 2019 Atlas from VW Lindsay. It was a smooth and seamless experience. I love my new vehicle and am extremely satisfied! Thank you! My salesman was Alfonso Monteverde. I worked with Paola Rodriguez for financing. I also spoke with Sean Deal, Jerry Holloway and Jon Kerbaugh in management and everyone was extremely friendly and helpful. This was a very nice experience. This is only my second Volkswagen Car Show. I really had a nice time. Got to see people from the previous show at Rocky Gap a few weeks ago. Lindsay Volkswagen is a very Classy Dealership. I was impressed at the car selection they have on display. But I really enjoyed the amount of old vintage VW’s. My family and I have bought multiple cars from this location and their service is always outstanding. Alfonso has been our guy for years and has always been a pleasure to work with him. He was very helpful with all my questions and made it easy as I purchased my first car through him. Always goes out of his way and makes time for me whenever I need any help.
I had scheduled appointment in service department for wheels alignment. When I came, I was promised, all work will be done in 2 hours. Decided to stay and wait. After 2.5 hours asked service adviser status. He asked to wait a bit more: 15...20 minutes. I stuck there for 5.5 hours. Won't go again.
