Dr. Herzig is very compassionate and cares for her patience
Experience was great, but when message is left, with a time different from original time, patient should be spoken to instead of just changing the time

Dr Hertig is not reading my charts and lab results upon walking into the exam room. She comes to the appointment totally prepared and ready to discuss diagnosis, solutions and next steps. She is efficient and through.
