Dr Herzig is a very caring doctor to me. She is willing to take the time to answer any questions I have and has led me to better health. I am so glad to have her as a urologist.
She is who I chose when I moved from CA. I like her, staff and location. I like that she’s caring & straight forward, and I appreciate that.
Unfortunately, Dr. Hertzig does not seem too interested or curious about what is causing my health condition. I've had to push her to order more tests, explore more options, etc. I feel like I'm trying to do her job for her. This is very discouraging.
Dr. Hertzig is the type of doctor that encompasses all the credentials and human compassion that you would want in a physician. Dr. Hertzig listens, and to me, was very empathetic to me when I suffered from a kidney stone recently. Dr. Hertzig has a wonderful bedside manner, and she made me feel comfortable and safe under her care! I must also give a shout out to Leslie, the nurse who works with Dr. Hertzig.
