I have seen Dr. Hertzig 10 times over the last four years. Two of those visits were for procedures. She seems to be an excellent surgeon. This doctor listens closely and explains things well. She speaks slowly and makes you feel you are the only one on her schedule for that day. She also asks at each visit if you have any questions of her. I am grateful for her care and expect to have her as my physician for many years to come.

Dr. Hertzig and her urology partners have been the worst examples of patient care I have ever been subjected to. She neglected to meet with my husband after my cystoscopy, as was promised, leaving him and I confused and unaware of the surgical outcome. Another physician in this practice was supposed to see me while I was in the hospital and never showed up. No bedside manner, no empathy to patient’s pain & simply unacceptable office/practice service. Beware of this physician and urology practice

I would recommend Dr. Hertzig to anyone! She is extremely thorough and detailed. My mother has been a patient of hers for quite a while and has undergone several procedures. Dr.Hertzig is not only excellent at what she does but she is kind and personable! I would highly recommend this doctor!

I told her about a physical condition that I had and she blew me off as if I had no clue what I was talking about, wrote it off and told me it was something entirely different than what I knew it to be, and then proceeded to tell me it wasn't the problem at all without even looking at it. Now I have to pay her 200 for telling me I'm wrong and to make an appointment to see her later, I'm assuming to tell me I'm not even a female.
