If you have the chance to take your kids else where Id advise so. They almost ruined my daughter's teeth by doing an unnecessary cavity fill. Went to the specialist they had sent us to. Lindquist sent over the x-rays but not of the "cavity" . I decided to go get a second opinion at a different clinic. The dentist there looked at me like I was crazy . I feel like they dont value there patients time. they are also impossible to work as a team with the orthodontist and has made my daughter dentist exsperience horribul and a never ending battle of take wires off put wires on over and over. have been battling this for over a year. time to find a new dentist 😣

I look at all the reviews and agree it’s the worse customer service I’ve ever experienced! I lost my key and called and told them I’m about 3 min away! They said it was fine well I actually was 4 1/2 min away so within that minute and a half they said they had to take another patient and I would have to wait and hr to see if anyone cancelled an app! Even when I called and said I was on my way 90 seconds later they said they took another patient! BS ! The girls are young and immature and should not be working customer service... read more
Absolutely HORRIFIC!! I was referred to them for a dental exam for my daughter with high functioning autism, but a fear of dentists. They were incredibly rude and refused to even try to see her, but still CHARGED for the visit. Since that experience, I’ve encountered numerous other parents of children with various special needs who have experienced similar treatment. I would never recommend them to anyone for any reason.
The wait time is little to nothing. The customer service is amazing! They really treat the patient kindly. I recommend this place highly!
Just called to schedule a first time visit...had me sit on hold for 30 minutes... then gets back on the phone and tells me they will call me back??? Uhhh??? Not a great first impression. We will go elsewhere.
