They are just wanting money and nothing else. They are rude and non responsive unless they are sending you to collections. Do not go to them unless you have extra money to throw around.

My husband and I have dedicated our lives to serving our communities and helping the children and families that we work with. It makes me very sad to see that you would try to create an attempt to "Bring this place down". We are all ultimately responsible to know what our insurance covers and if the provider we see is on the list. If not, we are responsible to pay for the services rendered to us.
