Despite all the horror stories, I decided to give them the benefit of doubt and boy do I regret it. My first two appointments were just okay and at the end of my second appointment I scheduled a 3rd appointment with a new employee at the Gibson Drive Roseville location. Unbeknownst to me, the new employee scheduled me at a different location because apparently my therapist works in that office on that day. Mr. Block, It is sad but true that some people perceive malace when there is none intended. I do own the business and like any business owner I reserve the right to refuse services to any one.
Lost tons of money with no diagonis unless I give more money!! Took my son here for focus issues. After 5 sessions (where i kept having to keep them on track withthe actual issue) the Dr. said that he didn't need to see my son any more and would email the diagnosis. 2 emails, 10 calls, 3 text messages later and 2 months after the last appointment and the DR is now on meidcal leave and there anwser is that i should pay more money for a different DR. to send me the diagnoises. It is not my fault that the first Dr. never respon... read more
The Reserve Drive group has been awesome. Ericka the front office person I have dealt with the most; she has been a ray of sunshine. The therapist I have at this location is great. Keep up the great work Lisa and Ericka.
Rebecca is amazing! I have new found hope in dealing with my sons anxiety. looking forward to what the future holds.
