i went to the lvhc today and found the people there to be so helpful, especially the ped team. my child felt safe and the the nurses were warm. I would like to thank them for all their help.

The staff at Linda Vista Clinic has been rude and careless on more than one occasion with me. I do not make much, but would rather not be on birth control than go back to that office. For my last visit I checked in and watched the waiting room empty out. After an hour and a half one of the receptionists asked if I had signed in, I said yes and told her my name. I proceeded to wait and then left. I understand that you deal with all kinds of low income people, but every experience I have had there has been HORRIBLE and I will never go back!!!!!!
