We arrived early for our appointment and our daughter had fun on the firetruck while we waited. When we were finally called back it was already past our appointment time. We were taken to a room for a 3-4 minute conversation with the nurse then left to wait for the doctor. After 30+ minutes of waiting with no one updating us on the delay, we left. This is not a great way for a new doctor to start a relationship. Our time is just as important as hers
