Amazing staff! Everyone I met was friendly, knowledgeable, and very patient! This is by far the best vision center I have ever been to!
I've been going to this office for 20+ years and today is the perfect example of why. I bought glasses at Sam's Club and there was something very wrong with the vision. Sam's staff insisted the Rx was correct and said I needed to take it up with Dr. Arneson. To make a long story short(er), the LVC optical center fixed the glasses - no charge. I didn't even buy them there! BTW, the lenses were in the WRONG eyes! Thank you to everyone who stepped up, rather quickly, and got me on my way in minutes!
