I am so disappointed in the optics service. Frames were ordered for my daughter and it’s been over 2 weeks and no call that they are in. When calling I was told they needed to check with the lab and would call back....never received a call. I called again, was on hold for nearly 10 min and told they are shipped but it’s been too long so most likely went somewhere else and they don’t know where. I was recommended to order another pair and will have to wait another 5-7 days. My poor child who’s vision has significantly worsene... read more
