RecommendedI am so impressed with Lincoln Vision Center. I ordered glasses and there was a problem with them when they came from the lab. I was, of course, very frustrated, but they took care of everything beautifully. They clearly care about their customers and want to provide the best customer service possible, and went above and beyond to get things fixed. More businesses should operate like they do.
Dr appt was great! But ordering new glasses was worst thing. Had to visit 3 times and still not right! Definitely wouldn’t order glasses here unless you have a lot of extra time on your hands.
Service, service, service! Each person who helped me pick out my glasses and then fit my glasses was so professional, kind, fun and each was a perfectionist. I have trifocals, and am pretty picky about frames, because I have to pay so much for my lenses. Katrina, Shana, Jana, Teegan and Darcy V are superstars. Thank you so much! I LOVE my new glasses, and how I felt leaving your store today!
You have to make an appointment just to pick up your glasses.
I have been wearing corrective lenses for 20+ years and have seen practitioner after practitioner. I have never met one who was as skilled, knowledgeable, and professional as Dr. Baumfalk. He and his team go above and beyond! I wouldn't go anywhere else in town and highly recommend LVC.
My only suggestion is to reply back to your messages. I've sent 3 messages in the past 2 months... and I have not heard back. Email, online appointment messaging and FB messaging. Why have these options if you can't reply back your costumers? I'm about to switch to another business with the lack of customer service.
I've gone here my whole life, and love Dr. Voorhies! Yesterday I packed up 3 kids and came in for 2 appointments just to find out they won't take my insurance anymore. I made the appointments 3 weeks in advance so my kids were on spring break. Now I have to find a different place for my kids to go when all they know is Dr. Voorhies. Sad! �
I received the most comprehensive exam I've ever had. Everything was explained to me and Dr. Stephan and staff were friendly and warm. The dispensary is equally accommodating. My glasses are the best I've ever owned.
