I bought my truck at Prestige in Paramus and had been taking it there for service. I had one issue after another, with delays and communication, and including an item being stolen from my truck. We just went to Lincoln of Wayne and I will GLADLY drive to Wayne from Ramsey for the level of service we received there. I was given a Navigator as a loaner which makes sense when I’m dropping off a Navigator, but never happened at Prestige.
