RecommendedSo I recently had to take my vehicle to get serviced, and I normally go to Prestige Lincoln, but they were in the process of being sold so I had to find another dealer. I was referred to Lincoln of Wayne and I couldn't be happier with the service. The techs were very professional, customer service was outstanding, and they got me a loaner within 24hrs of calling for a service appointment. Needles to say this is my go to Lincoln dealer from here on out. Thanks again guys, hopefully next visit is to upgrade to that new MKX. 👍
I recently serviced my Lincoln at the Lincoln of Wayne. I used their valet service where the representative arrived in the loaner, also Lincoln Continental, picked up the car and brought it to the dealership; when the car was ready, the representative brought the car back and picked up the loaner. I hit a pothole and called Prestige Lincoln and they told me that they couldn't see me until March.....I had purchased tire care through Prestige and they told me to go somewhere else.....I called Lincoln of Wayne and talked to Stephanie in service and what a difference.
