The general sales manager is top of the heep in my book, stop in and see him. I had a disagreement in the service department, John stepped in and solved the problem, not only in my favor but with a little icing on the cake to boot. Class act IMO.
Brought my MKX in for service last week. The most courteous and professional service ever. Everything was done as promised in a timely fashion. I would recommend , (and I have) wayne Lincoln to anyone.
We purchased our Lincoln at another dealer and had issues with the Service Department. We gave Lincoln of Wayne a call and they could not have been more helpful. Just completed our second visit and although we have to travel from Paramus the level of service from the valet to the service consultant to the cashier could not be better and well worth the trip. Will continue to use Lincoln of Wayne for our service needs.
scheduling an appointment was easy. they did a thorough innspection of my sons car before driving back to college. thankfully they found two tires had bubbles and even though we were not prepared for the expense, the job was done timely and with quality so hebwould be safe driving.
Every visit to Lincoln of Wayne gives me something nice to say. Service is always accommodating, sales is never pressuring, and prep always makes sure the car is given back to me looking like new. Great job!
