This dealership should be called LIARS OF WAYNE. LOW (a most appropriate acronym) sold me a defective car and rather than help me they did the opposite behind my back. -Lied about me accessing the vehicle and purposely trying to start the car while techs were working on it. Lincoln of Wayne Service department does exceptional work. I had my Lincoln Blacklabel MKC washed and detailed. Stephanie kept me up to date on the progress through texts and emails. They picked up my vehicle at my office and left me a loaner. They returned my MKC to my driveway looking brand new. Beautiful� I highly recommend their service department. I bought my 2016 Mkc here and had a fabulous, easy experience with my salesman, Buzz. Yesterday I had imy baby in for her second free routine service. It was great,everyone I came in contact with was pleasant and polite and the service was done in a timely manner while I waited. I will say I almost hesitated to come back after my first experience at the service dept was not that stellar.I'm going to chalk it up as a bad day. I lease an MKX Black Label from Wayne and it comes with 3 detailings, i decided it was time to get the vehicle really clean after 8 months. Dealer delivered to me a loaner to my home (Continental) and took my vehicle back to their shop. Next day they delivered my vehicle to my office and needless to say the vehicle looks brand new inside and out. Had my leased MKC serviced for the first time...routine service at 7,500 miles. Lincoln of Wayne offered their valet service but I decided to drop off the car and wait while it was serviced because I knew it wasn't going to be a long service. Waiting area is very clean, spacious and comfortable...coffee, tea, treats available while you wait.
