This complex and its management are crooks. The apartments are falling apart within weeks of you moving in. They spray paint everything! Including the tub. My AC was broken for days and they offered nothing more than excuses then never fixed it. So horrible I moved out. Even though I had a cleaning company deep clean better than what they had before I moved in they are trying to charge me almost $3,000. If you have no where to go and want the office manager, Debbie Stewart, to constantly be rude to you (WHILE DRINKING AT WORK) with a condisending tone that says i could care less about you problems i just want my bounes for keeping this place hanging from a thin string. Its a great relaxing apartment and one of the property specialist/managers there Ashlee Gaitan really helps their tenants feel welcome. I am really pleased to be part of this community.

I had a wonderful experience with Miss Ashley, one of the property representatives. She offererd excellent assistance regarding all of the questions I had prior to deciding to become a resident as well as after. Since I have become a resident I have always felt comfortable coming to Miss Ashley for any questions or concerns. Overall Lincoln Oaks is a calm and safe place to live!
