The staff are sincerely friendly and courteous. We have lived here two months now and have been impressed with how family friendly (free events, clean/safe grounds, great pool area, flexible visitor parking) and approachable the maintenance and front office staff are. Roaches are only a problem if you leave food and clutter out for them. Only down side so far is that the water pressure and temperature have been fluctuating (not a deal breaker for us, just something we have noticed.) Don't let reviews scare you off. We love our apartment home. No one bothers us. We have seen no such thing as drug dealers. Our vehicles are respected. Staff is friendly. maintenance takes care of our issues immediately. Well maintained clean an friendly neighbors

I lived at Lincoln oaks for many years. It's a beautiful property. Great staff, super friendly and polite. The pool is very nice. Always clean and great for relaxing or hanging with friends. It's a great location, and just minutes from the domain and ACC. Definitely recommend it.
I enjoy my stay at Lincoln Oaks. The staff is always helpful and proactive. The community is quiet and always well kept. I would recommend anyone to live at Lincoln Oaks!
