I had sent for information from this company when I realized their m.o. was to send someone to my home. I sent two emails asking NOT to be contacted again either by telephone or a visit to my home. An agent showed up, uninvited and unexpected today. This is a very, very poor business practice. This company does not deserve its current rating on BBB. Since showing up at my home uninvited is RUDE, I was rude when I ordered the woman OFF my property without any explanation why. Lincoln Heritage is a SCAM.
I sent my information to get the No Obligation Booklet in the mail and they sent a salesman to my door! I was baby sitting and he refused to leave the book with me. SCAM! I would never use this company now.

My dad became a policy holder for this company a few years now. My dad updated his policy within two years of him dying. On March 16, 2019, my father passed away. On March 18, 2019 we contacted the insurance company from the funeral home. My grieving mother spoke with the representative. She wasn't sure what was said, but only understood that we were only getting granted $259 from a $5000 policy. I'm very upset right now seeing my 81-year old mother crying for not being in putting my father's remains to rest. But for my mom having a policy with them I would advise other AGAINST doing business with Lincoln Heritage, especially Brianna Hart. She shouldn't have a license to sell insurance. Love this company!
The agent said that Lincoln Heritage would endorse the check only after checking my father's Rx with pharmacies. I told her my dad suffers from seizures and had been on Coumodin but was taken off the medication. I told her about EVERYTHING my dad had been through and his medical status- stent placement, trach collar, peg tube, wheelchair bound... everything.
