This company clearly VIOLATES the "DO NOT MAIL LIST" and tries to solicit people to contact them for qualifying for death benefit insurance. NO WHERE on their pre-printed letter do they disclosed their identify - the recipient has to search for that within the letter. Even more disturbing is the fact that they have a form at the bottom of the letter pre-populated with all your information - this is clearly an "INVASION OF MY PRIVACY". I am being harassed by their local agent here in Bakersfield California. I told him after reading some reviews on his company I choose not to do business with him. He keeps texting me , even after being told twice to stop. He has called me a liar and told me not to request information I don't want. He also told me to have a carwash to take care of my final expenses. This is the most unprofessional person i have ever dealt with in my life. On 9/17/18 I wrote a post dated check for $68.65 to be posted on 10/1/18. This company told me if I cancelled before the first of October, all I had to do is call or get agent to call to cancel and send my money back. I did inform their employees that I wanted to cancel before the first. They did not contact the company til a later date, therefore they took and cashed my check. Lincoln Heritage Funeral Advantage program. Crooked Insurance Companies- Government- They must work together to take your money. You can't trust neither of them. I called the insurance company (Lincoln Heritage on 10/5 due to seeing reviews on line where as another person's right to benefits of a payout upon death was denied to her daughter from the insurance company when she died. Every month I get a solicitation in the mail and I return it in their return envelope with "Not interested or stop soliciting me or similar words." And they still send it every month. Also, a sales rep showed up at my door without an appointment and I turned her away.

A $3,000 “final expenses” policy was sold to my mother in September 2005. At the time, she was 82 years of age and sight-impaired with macular degeneration. My Mother is now 94 years of age. I recently discovered that payments in the amount of $54.27 have been deducted from her bank account every month since September 2005, using your “Easypay” method. We understand, but ultimately the terms of the insurance contract which we must follow are premiums payable to age 100. The additional payment of $7.95 per month was for a non insurance benefit applied for by the policy owner.
I was surprised to find this small insurance policy with me as the beneficiary after my mother died. My sister had been caring for her and had not paid the premiums for over a year. Due to an agreement that premiums would be deducted when the policy paid off, the policy was still in effect. Lincoln Heritage promptly paid the remainder of the policy and even refunded the last months premium which had been held out just a couple of days after my mother's death. I have no complaints with this company.
