This is so sad. I wish my father in law (elderly) would of read the reviews and experiences of other people. The only thing he wanted was for his kids and his wife not to worry if something would happen him to him. He thought that by getting this insurance it would help out. It made it worst. He passed away a couple of months ago. There isn't enough time and space for me to submit my experience and disdain for this company. All I want or expect at this point is to get the word out to the public NOT TO DO ANY BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY. Grace and Peace. I have a problem when you contact a life insurance provider. And they appear without an appointment to home. Lincoln Hertiage is that company. Secondly, one agent came. Got a call from another stating that they will be continuing our paperwork. But the only thing is? The agent who took our information was not returning. They called my husband phone without knowing his number. So that shows they are more in personal business when you do nit submitt the information. on 8/28/17 CASEY CLINE COME TO MY HOUSE we went over insurance I TOOK POLICY NEXT DAY i called and cancel it he sent my check through on 9/1/17 bank stoped payment cost me 33.00 thats dishonest

These idiots left a FAKE delivery notice on my door, sent me psycho, false invoices of my number with a completely different person's name. I am continually getting their applications in mail every since I got on disability. I have sent their last one back to them with a not so nice response in there of how " All they are doing is trying to rob we seniors ." To stop from mailing me these stupid advertisments that are nothing but a ripoff. A agent from this company knocked on my door on a Saturday unannounced. I informed him of what I needed and he by-passed my desires to sell his highest policy to me. Under stress and frustration I signed papers...My advice is don't let them in unless you know they are coming and have someone with you that you trust at the time you talk with them. I have been with this company for two years not one problem very nice people answer all of my question and in fact i up my Insurance they are very courtesy and polite yes they did come out the first time and explain everything to me . My agent is very nice when i decided to up grade she came out again and explain everything to me this is call exceptional communication thank you for being there when I need you.
