My Father passed away recently. He lived 7 hours away and I am his only child. Unfortunately he wasn't as prepared as I would have hoped so the whole experience of dealing with the funeral expenses and estate affairs has been extremely difficult at times. I requested aquote on line and left mobile number landline and email. I never received a response. After two to three weeks out of nowhere a Tiffany J****** agent pops up at my house, no appointment or anything. And later called back harassing and yelling on the phone because I asked her not to do that again without an appointment.b

My Dad had a policy with Lincoln Heritage for 2 1/2 years when he recently passed away from a heart attack. He lived in California, we live in Texas. When I received a call from the Sheriff informing me of his passing, I immediately pulled out the Funeral Consumer Guardian Society card he gave me with his name on it and an 800# to call 24 hours a day. I've been with Lincoln Heritage for over 7 years, and the experience has been the best all around work relationship yet in my adult life. I was in the car business for 26 years and things were always changing unexpectedly, never for the best. I think it all depends on the agent that goes to you home to give you the information and if you read your policy when you get it via mail. Most of the complains and bad reviews here are because Lincoln hasn't paid the full benefit. We have to understand that Lincoln has a separate plan that covers clients with a medical condition that other companies would've denied the coverage. This company recruit agents and sell them very expensive leads claiming that are "hot leads". They are leads they received from the tv adds from customer requesting the booklets they offer. I believe those leads are sold to many agents that clients are fed up of phone calls and home visits. I had to paid for leads that none of those clients were interested or answered.
