ABOVE AND BEYOND! On 2/17/10, I ordered a cake for one of my co-workers who is leaving for Army deployment on 2/19/10. Naturally, Lincoln Bakery needed a 48 hour advance. This order was unique because it was 1/2 a sheet cake, double-layered, with the US Army logo designed, by hand, in icing. When I got to work 2/17, I learned that my co-worker was being deployed a day early and his last vist to our office would be 2/18/10. I immediately called Lincoln Bakery and asked if the cake could be done within 24 hours. Given the spec... read more

Sweet Surprise in Bellevue I just recently had a chance to taste a birthday cake from Lincoln Bakery, and I have to say it was excellent. The cake was moist and the icing not too overpowering or sweet. Everyone raved about it and wanted to know the name of the bakery it came from. The appearance was beautiful. The writing and the abundance of roses were impressive.

Cookies/crumb cake Both are seriously dry and gross! Bad service too. They also have a weird texture. The cake had a "bread" texture and the cookies were just hard.

Crisco/dry cake. YUCK. Beautiful cake, but it has what I call "Crisco icing." There's a greasy, slick feeling on your tongue and roof of your mouth. Not totally pleasant. Also, the cake is so dry and crumbly. Either it was overbaked or frozen. You shouldn't have to "chase" down crumbs to be able to eat your cake. Thankfully, I didn't pay for this cake or I would have been disappointed. I will always go to either Paddy Cake or Oakmont Bakery. I have NEVER had anything but the BEST cakes from both of them. Even Giant Eagle cak... read more

Shirl I have to say that I love the cakes at the Lincoln Bakery, but their staff is RUDE. They could care less about you being there, don't even ask for something that might "put them out". They have a ticket machine and a sign on the window saying that you MUST take a ticket, yet they don't run the ticket counter, so what's the point? I lightly said something to the staff, and they were insensed that I bring it up. Don't like the staff, never have liked the staff, and I have been going there over 15 years. Sadly, the owner ... read more

Very Disappointed I just want to say that the quality of the baked goods at Lincoln Bakery has gone down hill the past few years. Their cakes are so dry anymore. My husband brought some rolls home one day and they were hard. He used to stop there everyday after work and now he stops maybe once every couple of months. They also need to work on getting better help to wait on you. You go in and they either talk too much to you about their personal life, they talk to each other while waiting on you or they don't say anything to ... read more

Poor customer service and awful cakes! My daughter is getting married and the venue uses Lincoln Bakery for the wedding cakes. We made an appointment for a tasting when we called the day before to confirm, they said we cancelled! They said we could pick up the cakes for tasting. That was fine...only when we got home, they gave us the wrong cakes! When we called and told them of the error, they said it was our fault because we cancelled!!! Then a lady was in the background screaming if we don't return the cakes, she'd charge ... read more

1st Year Anniversary We got married May 12, 2007, I never heard of your bakery but as one of our gifts, our Matron of Honor bought our cake, When I say at the wedding we only had the piece that you share with your spouse, thats all. But one year we took that cake out the freezer and I just knew it would be freezer burnt and nasty, that was the most moist and delicious tasting cake we ever had, keep up the good work, Thank you making our day and 1st anniversary awesome
