Horrible hotel! Have contacted several people from management to see if they will give better customer service.

Thoroughly enjoyed my stay here. The lobby was very unassuming but the rooms were such a pleasant surprise and matched by a warm and helpful staff. I didn't mind compromising meals for the location, service and ambiance. I'd recommend this place to anyone.
Friendly staff, the rooms are beautiful and comfortable, near EVERYTHING! I plan to be back really soon!
