Localização excelente. Suites amplas. Atendimento excepcional, todos os funcionários muito gentis, mas a Carolina, filha de brasileiros, está sempre pronta para facilitar a vida do hóspede. Super recomendo.
I booked a stay for August and had a couple of issues about payments/fees. The Customer Service was the fastest I've ever seen and Mrs. Fluerariu proved to be really kind and professional. Can't wait to be in Miami Beach in a month!

Three night staying after our Caribbean cruise... Great location the room is amazing like staying in a one bed apartment.. The people on the front desk are very nice and helpful.. You get to go have free happy hour drinks at two of their sister hotels between 7-8pm daily. If we get a chance to come to Miami again would definitely stay at the hotel again....
Muito recomendo. Ótima localização, suíte espaçosa e limpa com uma cozinha completa e utensílios novos. Possui boa geladeira, cafeteira, torradeira e fogão elétrico. Pessoal muito atencioso, destacando elogio para a secretária Carolina que fala português e nos deu boas dicas.
