You make a service appointment for just a tire rotation and it takes them an hour and a half. My whole day is wasted. Why even make an appointment? Also, tire rotations shouldn’t take an hour and a half. They have no rush or hurry about their service. Very unhappy.

Do not buy a vehicle from this crook of a company. Bought a brand new 2016 camry and the air conditioning went out in 2 years. they claim something hit the compressor and broke it but with no physical damage anywhere on the car or AC. and want $1000 to fix it. These are crap cars from a crap company save your money and buy American. Not to mention the battery that died in the first year because of a defect eating up the terminal.
