Just bought a 2018 Cadillac Escalade ESV from Mandie Jinright. We went round and round on the price. It was one of the smoothest transactions purchasing an automobile. Made an appointment for an oil change and I have been waiting over an hour!!! Was told that they schedule 10 appointments per hour and there is not 10 people here waiting!!! NEVER AGAIN
