I had a great experience at Lilys Bridal Outlet!! The dresses were beautiful and there was an amazing selection! the staff was helpful and bubbly. We even came back to use Tillie, their seamstress, to alter the dress. We drove 3 separate times from Jacksonville for those appointments and it was well worth it! Tillie is amazing!!
Totally recommend Lily’s Bridal Outlet, mu experience was awesome and Vilma specially made sure to have extra patience while I was making my decision with my family . Tilly was also very kind in giving advice on some alterations my dress might need, but will have to do them back in my country . My experience was awesome and I’m very grateful with Vilme for all her help.

Found the dress of my dreams for my wedding. The team was wonderful and friendly to work with and patient with my mother and I. I received so many compliments on my gown.
I went on Sunday, very skeptical and very nervous. I originally bought my first dress 8 months ago, after some life changes it no longer fit me. After arriving we met with Kim, who went above and beyond to help me find my dream dress. After listening to what I wanted or what I liked, she helped me find a good selection of dresses that were my style and were beautiful! After only trying on 4 dresses, I found “the.” Dress!
