RecommendedI visited Lily’s Bridal Outlet today and I would recommend this place to anyone. My bridal consultant was Karina! She made my experience so delightful. Karina was so attentive and professional. She also had great advice in regards to what dress was most flattering to my body shape. Thanks Karina and Lily’s Bridal Outlet for such a great day! I was happy to say “yes” to the dress!!!
Had an appointment with Lily's Bridal to look at and try on bridesmaids dresses for my girls. They tried to change my original appointment time last week via email after I received my confirmation. I called and was able to get it changed back to my original time. We had the appointment for noon today. We were there for 15 to 20 minutes. In that time the staff was not only rude but had the nerve to insult my girls. Which I'm not having. Do NOT give these people your business.
Had my appointment today with Vilma, and she was great! She Made me feel very comfortable and was very helpful. I highly recommend this bridal salon. And yes I did say YES to the dress! Thank you again Vilma for your wonderful service.
I am so happy I purchased my dress at Lily's Bridal Outlet! I was able to find my dream gown (a Maggie Sottero) at an affordable price. Kim helped me "say yes to the dress." She was able to help me pick gowns that fit my exact criteria- when I saw my mom cry, I knew we had found the one! And I couldn't praise Tillie more. She made sure my dress fit like a glove! I am so happy with the service I received at Lily's, and I highly recommend it!
I went here yesterday and the moment I walked in the door I had this gut feeling I was going to find my dress. My consultant was Karina and she was AMAZING!!!! I had loved the first dress I tried on and thought it was the one but when i put the second dress I didn’t even want to try on the rest of the dresses. My mother and grandmother both cried and we know this was the one. This was the first place I went to and I didn’t have to go anywhere else!!!
I cannot praise Lily’s Bridal Outlet enough... the customer service is OUTSTANDING. Karina is an absolute dream to work with. She’s informative, helpful, patient and very comfortable. I visited three different times, having a different idea of a dress each time and Karina was attentive and patient with my pain in the butt self. I would highly recommend Lily’s bridal outlet. I went by myself as I don’t have any family down here and was a little nervous about the whole process. However, Vilma was amazing and helped me find the perfect dress! She made me feel so comfortable. I couldn’t have asked for anyone better!
