We started at Lily's bridal for my daughter's wedding dress search and they were very sweet and helpful. We never felt like we were being pushed into a decision. Talla was patient and kind the entire time she was helping my daughter try and retry dresses. We ended up finding "the one" at another salon but we had a great experience at Lily's.
I had the BEST experience at Lily’s Bridal!! Ann knew exactly the kind of vibes I wanted for my dress. All the dresses she pulled for me were gorgeous whimsical, and romantic. She was so knowledgeable about the dresses and how each could be altered. I went to two other bridal stores before coming and Ann made it the best experience.
Fantastic experience. As a bride looking for a less traditional, colorful floral dress. I was fully impressed and so happy. Brittany was awesome and I can’t wait to finalize everything with her/Lily’s Bridal.
Review EDIT: They sent me to a different seamstress, who fixed it last minute. She was incredible at her work, and did everything last minute that the other seamstress insisted “wasn’t necessary and impossibly anyways.” It was certainly a different alteration than the first woman did, and cost more. I was pressured into paying more, but was willing to because she fixed my dress. I appreciated the follow through, and updated my star rating.
