Dr Arya without telling me removed me from her practice with no advance notice. I didn't know until I asked her to refill a Rx. She had already had the nurse practitioner see me instead of her. Since I didn't have any major changes. But I am appalled and disgusted. Apparently i was kicked out Jan 1 but NO NOTICE. I recommend her if you want to be ignored and disrespected.
I was worried at first after some of the comments but completely different than what I read. She explained everything so thoroughly. Took her time. Asked me several times if I had questions. The office was very clean everything in its place and she was very, very thorough
After reading reviews online, I thought I finally found a doctor that could help me. Instead I found a doctor that referred me to another Penn Medicine doctor who she said probably wouldn't be able to help me either. I will be paying for my office visit over the next 9 months because I have a deductible and the visit was quite expensive. My appointment was over 3 months ago. There was some testing done and I have requested for Dr. Arya to call me twice to provide the results but I have not heard from anyone in the office. I ... read more
Dr. Arya is an exceptional doctor. She is kind, smart, compassionate and thorough. She does an amazing job of explaining all options and the pros/cons so that an informed & appropriate decision can be made. I highly recommend!
