I had an appointment for 1020 this morning. I was there on time. I did not leave out until 1 PM this afternoon. The customer service was amazing. The young ladies are very sweet very kind very welcoming however, the Product was not very great. They can use a lot more practice my nails have lumps in them. I have to go to another salon to get the lumps out of my nails. The price was outrageous for the service that I received. I got my nails done there and got a fungus in my finger. This is the first time this has ever happened. I could barely drive! It’s very disappointing being the manager is very sweet and place looks clean but that happened to me. I won’t be back

Great experience. This was my first set, the lady was so nice a little pricey for just a manicure but definitely worth it, and I will definitely be going back! And I’ll show a pic of my inspo.

Martha did a terrible job. I had acrylic nails with gel nails, french/white top. The gel on my nails were thicker than a nickel. I was informing Martha that I was disappointed but she did not understand me because she does not speak English. This is the United States and we speak English. It is very frustrating to try to explain to someone what service you want but you can tell they are not trained well. Did not like the service at Lilliana's. The staff needs to know fluent English in order to communicate with clients.
