The staff at TDDC made me feel like I was their only patient. It was my first colonoscopy, and they were kind, informative, and attentive. The pre-procedure nurse called me to help me prepare a few days ahead and answered my calls when I had questions. She did not seemed concerned at all. She seemed more annoyed with my son cause he was not in a good mood cause he was in pain.
She did not seem concerned at all about my child’s ongoing issue. Seemed very annoyed.
I have seen Dr Bryan Irvin twice now. In the first visit he was very personable and saw to my concern quickly and efficiently. I decided to make him my PCP. However, when I saw him today he seemed rushed (Granted, I had a laundry list of concerns to address). I got the impression he is counting the days until he can retire. But he did listen to all my issues and responded appropriately. It seems sad that he does not enjoy his work more. I feel that he is a knowledgeable doctor.

She did not listen to her patient in my case! My wife problem never being treated properly! We have decided to change doctor after the last visit Which confirmed us that she did not care about us.
Didnt get back to me with Xrays or respond to multiple inquiries over the course of 2 weeks asking if my results were negative or not. Didnt have any issue billing my insurance company $300 for treatment not provided. Easily the worst doctor experience of my life. Should be fired.

We adore her. Best doctor my three children have ever had. The way Dr.Hana actually cares about the kids and the family is amazing. I really do love talking with her each visit. ARC sucks but she is why we stay.

My visit went very well. Everyone put me at ease. Dr Mansour was very easy to talk to. I also like the fact that almost everyone in the clinic were female. I am a single woman and it just made me more comfortable.
Great doctor! Addressed all concerns. Didn't feel rushed. Satisfied with the level of thoroughness provided. Highly recommended!
