I traveled 80 miles with my 85 year-old mother to have our mercury amalgam fillings removed at the same time. The entire staff treated us with professionalism, sensitivity, and courteousness. I would especially like to thank Cami, Sue, Betsy, Nikki and Dr. Jones; each is the best in their field of expertise. As a side note, my hometown dentist was very impressed with Dr. Jones' work. We had a wonderful experience on Monday. Prompt service, reminders by email and text and the care provided was wonderful. Her teeth look great! I love the atmosphere in the office and love the waiting area. I love that the doctors really care about the health benefits of essential oils also by using them when needed as alternatives to conventional medications. I have raved about this dental office to others. I would and will definitely be back:-)
I have been having a lot of work done lately. Most is to undo what another dentrist did wrong. Dr. Foley and staff have always been wonderful. Everyone in the office does whatever they can to be sure I receive the best care available. I feel very confident I am in the best hands in the Franklin area.
I was so impressed with the staff from start to finish at my first appointment with Dr. Foley. I felt that I was treated with kindness, expertise, and very professionally. I received the peace of mind that I was looking for concerning my serious health problems. From the moment I entered the building, I was greeted by Sue, immediately taken to an office by Christie, where discussion took place relating to my oral changes and care. Then, within moments Ellen was busy cleaning my teeth. Everyone enjoys their work and it shows through their professionalism and kind treatment.
