Everything went fine as I expected. The entire staff was professional and responsive. Highly recommend Dr. Jones and his practice.
The staff were ALL wonderful. They really seem to care about you and the work they do. They were extremely thorough. I was there for my comprehensive exam (new patient), and I'd never heard of/seen half of the things they did. They had state-of-the-art equipment--I was even screened for oral cancer with some light that would highlight any developing oral lesions. I'm 27---like I said, very thorough. Great Office and People !!! Simply a GREAT Experience
From setting up the appointment on the phone, to the actually visit, my experience was much different from your typical health care provider. I would highly recommend them to anyone I know.
The temporary cap and filling replacement went very well. By that evening everything felt normal. Thanks for all the help with my neck. I don't think I would have made it without the extra attention from all. Neck is better today, but still a way to go. Again thanks for all the great care!
I want to thank everyone that treated me special during my recent visit to replace a crown. Everybody was happy to see me and made me feel welcome for my appointment at 7:00 a.m. in the morning. After Ellen settled me in and cleaned my teeth, Tonya and Dr. Jones worked very hard as a team to provide me with a temporary crown. I always get fine, professional care when I visit your office. I love seeing Ellen because we have become friends over the years and we always have some good laughs. Dr. Jones is very efficient and explains whatever you need to know. The office staff is delightful and so competent. It's a pleasure to go to this dentist's office.
My recent visit was outstanding as all other appointments. I have been very pleased with my dental care since I started with this group. They are some of the finest professionals, my dental care couldn't be any better. They always explain before starting a procedure and make recommendations to improve my efforts at home. I will continue to recommend them to friends and acquaintances.
