Lexington KY location is a literal joke. Set me up with a credit card and 10 laser visits knowing they were shutting down. Called me with a vague voicemail and when I tried to call back an hour later their phones were already disconnected. Want a refund and my card cancelled!!!!!! Do not go here

I’m very disappointed with Lightrx In Burlington, I’ve been going to this location for about a month until Nov 5, 2018 @ 10am. I went for my appointment just to find out there was no Lightrx no more, the clinic was empty. I was never notified about closing of the business what so ever. I’ve been calling customer service and leaving them messages but no response at all. I have paid for 10 legacy and 6 photo facial that I’m suppose to be continuing with.

I have been a loyal customer at Light RX. I have spent a lot of money at this place. I am going through some medical issues, and I am unable to continue treatment. I have reached out to the this store in specific since this is where I get all of my treatments. Niki called me, and said that she talked to her boss and they will do NO refunds, and that I need to figure out my medical issues and then call her when I am able to start treatments again. I had over $1500 work of work done on my face. I didn't see any results what so ever.They told me about a brand new treatment that was state of the art technology. They talked me into buying the service before they even had it. I paid $2800 up front. While waiting for my first treatment. I did some research and found out its old outdated equipment from 6-7 years ago.They totally lied about it. I been trying to get a refund for over a month. Even called the corporate office. Hi my name is Earl. This company is a scam. I went to the office in the downtown water tower building back in March. After consulting with my doctor, I found out that the treatment I was receiving was not going to work, so I cancelled my treatments. Needless to say, I've been waiting on my refund going on 7 months now. I've talked to multiple people and all I keep hearing is that someone from management will contact me soon. Please stay away from this company.

I am extremely upset by the underhand methods of this company. I went to the location in Burlington, MA. I paid $5000 for for 7 applications of Scuplsure. I was told that there would be a minimum loss of 25% in girth after the applications within 3 months. Its now over 4 months and I have not lost a single inch in girth and it is exactly the same. I have been a customer of Light Rx for many years now. The only reason I have remained with them was because of my technicians, whom I had known from a previous company that has now gone belly up. I suspect this maybe happening to this company too. It is my understanding that some clinics have closed, I am dealing with a Director at the Dearborn office who has no idea of the loyalty I have had with this company and threatened to slap me with a $50 cancellation fee after I have spent several $1000's over the years. NEGATIVE: Today 7/25/2018, I was called by someone from LightRx, and I made an appointment for 1:45 today at their Kensington office. I drove one hour each way. When I arrived there, there was no one there. The door was locked. I rang the bell for ages, no answer. I called their tel. No.301-355-0253. The person answering out me on hold. Finally I gave up and returned home. Disgusted with this place.
