My Wife and I purchased Laser Hair Removal. This Company Closed the doors in Minnesota with no warning . The things we purchased are only 50 % completed. I do not recommend this Company if I could lower than a 1 Star I would

Didn’t even want to give 1 star. Paid $800 in full that I raised on Gofundme to get laser hair removal on my neck. Was on treatment 7 out of 10. My last scheduled appointment was 1/25/2019. Received a phone call late the night before saying that my appointment was canceled due to building issues and to not go to my appointment and someone would contact me the next week to reschedule. I actually liked the service but one day I went to my appointment and no one was there. No call, no warning, nothing. I called and was told I would be refunded. Well, that was in October 2018 and it's now February 2018. I've called and emailed maybe 80 times since then and keep getting told someone will get back to me (and they never have called ONCE) so I call again. Is there any place where we can complain, I keep reading and is exactly what happened to me. They planned 10 sessions for me and I was only able to go to 2 sessions because they accepted payment knowing they were closing, this is not ethical and this is probably not legal Please is there any lawyers in the group??

Peoria location in AZ Set me up with a credit card and 10 laser visits knowing they were shutting down. Called me with a vague voicemail and when I tried to call back an hour later their phones were already disconnected. Want a refund and my card cancelled!!!!!! Do not go here. IPL, and Sculpsure is what I went in for.. To be honest, none of the results have been sustained and that's why I kept going. I financed a package ($1260) back last February at the Dr.Phillips location in Orlando,FL. I had 3 treatments left and when it was time for my service in October the location was CLOSED. I have not received a phone call or anything. I spoke to customer service 3 times in November and nothing has been resolved. I signed a contract for Laser Hair removal. My location closed and now I can't get anyone to call me back to refund my money. DO NOT USE LIGHT RX!
