I was impressed how Mike scheduled my appointment for gutter cleaning. Upon scheduling, I received an email confirming my appointment. When tropical storm Elsa appeared and threatened to hit before my scheduled appointment day, Mike reached out and offered to come BEFORE Elsa was predicted to arrive! It was comforting to know that my gutters would be cleaned out and ready for the tropical storm. That's an example of the type of customer oriented service you don't find everyday!
