Order $500 in parts after confirmation of parts in stock. Was told items will ship in 24 hours. A month has passed and nothing has shipped. I have been calling everyday for 3 weeks and no answer. Try calling them and you’ll see. No email replies either. This is a scam company. STAY AWAY

14 days, still no update. Tried to cancel order. No reply. Found credit card transaction under another company name - bumpers4less. I disputed the CC transaction.

1 star too many. Will not return emails or phone calls.. I will call credit card company on Monday for a refund..

Nothing but a drop ship company. Do yourself a favor and go direct to your vendor of choice, seriously. Empty promises here while they wait for answers from manufacturers before replying. They had "10 instock" according to ebay. Actually 0 in stock but never admitted. I will never use this place again.

Nothing but problems. First it was the wrong shocks then they didn’t send me 6 out of 7 packages. Lastly some bushings were wrong. Long story short I spent numerous times chatting them and trying to all them. Wasted a lot of time was lied to. Not once did anyone seem to care or apologize for screwing up one order multiple times.

I purchased a hsp y bridge for my LLY on Jan 25.2021. I have called numerous times to get ship date. They can’t give me a firm answer. I had to get PayPal involved now I have to wait 30 days to get my money back $779. Stay away from this company

DO NOT BUY FROM THIS WEBSITE Order a part for my truck. Never received anything, owner call me and told me my “dumb order was too small and funny, he was going to send me a refund “ he also said “f**ck you”

Deplorable Customer Service (As all the other reviews mention) RUDE. They literally disconnect with you! Ordered parts, waiting 3 weeks - after waiting almost 2 HOURS for a customer rep. to chat with - Was told "Oh it will go out today....I think" What kind of response is that?! Finally get the item. WRONG PARTS! Back to waiting in Que for Nearly 1 /2 Hours to chat- Told the gentleman I rec'd the wrong parts. He said "Ok send it back" I state that I shouldn't have to pay for the Shipping (Which would have been around $20) si... read more

Horrible company. They will take your money and then not ship. No one will answer emails or phone calls. I have had to get Pay Pal involved to get my money back. Total boiler room operation and total scam. They should not be allowed to be in business.
