Only giving one star because I can’t post my review without it. I would love to write a review about how great my truck is with the lift kit I ordered, but I can’t. I can’t because I still don’t have all the parts in the kit. I ordered the 6 inch BDS suspension lift kit for my 2011 Ram 3500 dually diesel on 28 September 2021. I ordered a Ranch Hand grille guard last Wednesday November 17,2021. I called lift kits 4 less to make sure they were in stock and was told they had 10 in stock. Lift kits for less does not personally stock these but has them shipped from their distributor/shipper Meyer Logistics. The price they gave me was well over 200.00 less than anyone else and they had free shipping. Other stores wanted $100.00 to $250.00 to ship. Terrible customer service i do not recommend buying from this place. I ordered leaf springs no one emailed me to tell they were on back ordered i called they told me i asked for refund 3 weeks later still no refund can't reach anyone started to wonder if its a legit business
NEVER SHIPPED MY PURCHASE! I bought something from them for over $700 before Thanksgiving. They were quick to respond until they got me to pay. BBB rates these crooks as "F". They are scammers. Try and call them and see if they answer their phone. DO NOT SEND THEM YOUR MONEY!!! NO WAY TO CONTACT THEM AND YOU'LL NEVER HEAR FROM THEM AGAIN.
Would give zero stars if I could. I wish I would have read the reviews before purchasing from this company. All the negative reviews are absolutely correct. This is either a scam or some type of bullshit business. Ordered parts which cost $75, took five weeks to get here and they were the wrong parts. Tried to return and they said oh it’s past the 30 days. What a bunch of bullshit this company should be reported and put out of business. Don’t buy from them unless you’re a fool!
Order $500 in parts after confirmation of parts in stock. Was told items will ship in 24 hours. A month has passed and nothing has shipped. I have been calling everyday for 3 weeks and no answer. Try calling them and you’ll see. No email replies either. This is a scam company. STAY AWAY
1 star too many. Will not return emails or phone calls.. I will call credit card company on Monday for a refund..
