This is what I end up having worked with this company. They told me this at the time of closing. "it's not common for REALTORS to be contributing their commission towards a buyer's closing cost, and that contributions are the relator's choice and rebates are not mandatory."
Ramon at Choice Media was outstanding. He answered even the most difficult questions with confidence and poise. He was happy to go into detail about the products he offered, and I was very happy with my experience.
Wow... I just called for general info and each person I talked to seemed lost. Too bad :-(
